Hi,
About a half hour ago Dad finally made it to the gathering awaiting him in heaven. He did a great job and took that last exhale at 6:45 this morning. Charlie, Mother and I loved and prayed him on his way with the love and help of all of you. Irene is on her way over....we await the Mortuary to take his body. He can see really well now and no more pain. Jesus, family and friends will have a nice happy hour today with dad there. He was very peaceful. Mike and Kate will try to get out of Brazil by tomorrow. It is Carnival there. Mike said some things work and others don't this time of year there. Funeral Mass here mid week, next week. Down the road, not sure of date yet; we plan a Memorial Mass on a Saturday at St. Annes in Welton. Mother and Dad were married there.
Keep up the prayers in this time of loss and greiving. In love and peacefulness
Barbara
Thank you God for everything, just the way it is.
